Som vanligt den h\u00e4r sommaren bl\u00e5ser det rej\u00e4lt. B\u00e5ten \u00e4r lastad med ett stort lass virke, s\u00e5 den \u00e4r lite ostabil och vi v\u00e4ljer ta v\u00e4gen via Svartsundsr\u00e4nnan, f\u00f6r att slippa \u00e5ka runt Skatan d\u00e4r sj\u00f6n alltid g\u00e5r h\u00f6g n\u00e4r det bl\u00e5ser. Vi h\u00e5ller till p\u00e5 en udde vid St\u00e5ln\u00e4s gamla fiskel\u00e4ge, p\u00e5 fastlandet, l\u00e4ngst ut i havsbandet. Ingen bilv\u00e4g, ingen el, inget vatten. En liten stuga p\u00e5 27 kvadratmeter. I sommar bygger vi ett nytt litet utegolv, och vi har b\u00f6rjat f\u00f6rbereda f\u00f6r att bygga en liten bastu. Jag tar sedan jag blev egenf\u00f6retagare alltid ett rej\u00e4lt sommarlov fr\u00e5n psykologjobbet och mina sommarm\u00e5nader brukar vanligtvis best\u00e5 av extra mycket tr\u00e4ning och n\u00e5got byggprojekt, s\u00e5 \u00e4ven i sommar.<\/p>\n<p>Solen skiner och det \u00e4r ganska varmt i luften trots vinden. Det \u00e4r 15 grader i vattnet p\u00e5 i St\u00e5ln\u00e4shamnen. Antagligen kallare p\u00e5 utsidan. N\u00e4r vi packat upp best\u00e4mmer vi oss f\u00f6r att simma runt Sk\u00e4ret, den n\u00e4rmaste av \u00f6arna p\u00e5 insidan av v\u00e5r udde. Jag har inte gjort det tidigare, Lotta har testat f\u00f6rr f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga \u00e5r sedan, n\u00e4r det varit lugnt p\u00e5 havet och varmt i vattnet. Rundan blir ca 1,3 km. Vi ska vara med p\u00e5 Vansbrosimningen n\u00e4sta helg s\u00e5 vi f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker simma minst 1 km i havet varje dag.<\/p>\n<p>Fotar oss sj\u00e4lva lite fr\u00e5n bryggan innan vi simmar iv\u00e4g, det \u00e4r lite meckigt, men kul att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka f\u00e5 till bilder p\u00e5 egen hand med f\u00f6rdr\u00f6jningsautomatiken. Simmar ut genom R\u00e4nnan mellan fastlandet och Sk\u00e4ret, ut p\u00e5 \u00f6ppna havet. Vi m\u00f6ter betydligt kallare vatten i mynningen, kanske 12-13 grader, och det sj\u00f6ar en hel del. Vattnet \u00e4r glasklart och vi ser botten n\u00e4r vi simmar. Det k\u00e4nns direkt mycket m\u00e4ktigare att komma ut p\u00e5 \u00f6ppet hav, d\u00e4r sk\u00e4rg\u00e5rden tar slut. Simmar n\u00e5gra hundra meter, stannar till p\u00e5 en sten, fotar lite. Vi \u00e4r b\u00e5da uppfyllda av upplevelsen, har lite gl\u00e4djerus.<\/p>\n<p>Simmar vidare, kommer runt Sk\u00e4ret, in genom nya farleden. Lite varmare i vattnet igen. Folk sitter p\u00e5 bryggorna \u00f6verallt. Morsar p\u00e5 g\u00e4ng efter g\u00e4ng n\u00e4r vi simmar f\u00f6rbi. Lotta simmar p\u00e5 lina efter mig, det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att h\u00e5lla reda p\u00e5 varandra, k\u00e4nner hur hon petar mig p\u00e5 h\u00e4larna d\u00e5 och d\u00e5, k\u00e4nns tryggt att hon \u00e4r d\u00e4r. Stannar till lite l\u00e4ngre vid n\u00e4rmaste grannen Roland. Han sitter i eftermiddagssolen vid bastun. Pratar lite, simmar vidare. Kommer in vid v\u00e5r brygga. Badar och plaskar lite, har det bra. Ett litet mini\u00e4ventyr, klart mer upplevelse med \u00f6ppet hav, \u00e4n en standardsimning i hemmaviken eller insj\u00f6arna vi ofta brukar simma i.<\/p>\n<p>Kv\u00e4ll: sitter p\u00e5 bryggan, solen b\u00f6rjar g\u00e5 ner. En svanfamilj simmar fram och tillbaka framf\u00f6r bryggan i kv\u00e4llsljuset. Vinden har mojnat, viken ligger stilla, det \u00e4r vackert. Solen g\u00e5r ned \u00f6ver \u00f6arna i nordv\u00e4st.<\/p>\n<p>Tidig morgon: soluppg\u00e5ng, m\u00e4ktiga k\u00e4nslor. Ljuset, stillheten. Tacksamhet. G\u00e5r och l\u00e4gger oss igen, sover n\u00e5gra timmar till.<\/p>\n<p>Senare p\u00e5 morgonen \u00e4ter vi frukost i solen. Jag snickrar en stund. Bygger p\u00e5 nya altangolvet d\u00e4r vi har morgonsolen. Vi best\u00e4mmer oss f\u00f6r att dra iv\u00e4g p\u00e5 ett l\u00e4ngre swimrunpass.<\/p>\n<p>Byter om, gruvar mig lite f\u00f6r det kalla vattnet. T\u00e4nker p\u00e5 Jonas Colting som just nu simmar runt Gotland och har h\u00e5llit p\u00e5 i \u00f6ver 2 veckor, han snittar ca 15 km om dagen i 11-12 gradigt vatten, ibland kallare, och oftast i grov sj\u00f6g\u00e5ng. K\u00e4nns inte s\u00e5 sv\u00e5rt att hoppa i d\u00e5. Simmar \u00f6ver viken, ca 500 m. Det k\u00e4nns f\u00f6rh\u00e5llandevis bra, har ju ont i v\u00e4nster axel som vanligt, men det har jag typ accepterat, k\u00e4nner mig stark p\u00e5 h\u00f6ger sida. Lotta ligger bakom, petar mig p\u00e5 h\u00e4larna d\u00e5 och d\u00e5, som hon brukar g\u00f6ra, det k\u00e4nns bra att ha lite kontakt med henne d\u00e4r bakom. Vi springer upp till Stortj\u00e4rn, alltid lika vackert d\u00e4r och vattnet \u00e4r varmt. Njuter av simningen, fotar lite. Den h\u00e4r delen av rundan har vi tagit m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger, men planen \u00e4r att hitta lite nya passager som g\u00f6r turen lite mer sp\u00e4nnande.<\/p>\n<p>Vi forts\u00e4tter till viken f\u00f6re Ols\u00e5kersh\u00e4llorna. Vattnet \u00e4r klart och riktigt kallt. Simmar \u00f6ver, kl\u00e4nger oss upp p\u00e5 h\u00e4llorna. Kollar utsikten. Kl\u00e4ttrar ner fr\u00e5n h\u00e4llorna p\u00e5 andra sidan stranden, letar oss vidare efter kusten, f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker hitta en b\u00e4ttre passage vidare \u00e4n vi tagit tidigare. Vi har r\u00e4knat ut att vi borde hitta en rullstens\u00e5s ute vid strandlinjen, att det borde vara samma \u00e5s som vi hittat l\u00e4ngre in i skogen senast vi sprang h\u00e4r. Hittar den mycket riktigt r\u00e4tt snart och f\u00f6ljer den sedan ca 1 km tills vi kommer fram till v\u00e5rt tidigare l\u00f6pstr\u00e5k. B\u00e4sta passagen vi hittat hittills och fantastiskt vacker natur, vi slipper dessutom passera tv\u00e5 stora kalhyggen.<\/p>\n<p>Letar oss vidare till Storsand, simmar \u00f6ver viken. P\u00e5 andra sidan kl\u00e4ttrar vi upp f\u00f6r h\u00e4llorna, tar oss vidare upp p\u00e5 grusv\u00e4gen men kan ganska snabbt hitta ut p\u00e5 h\u00e4llorna l\u00e4ngst uppe p\u00e5 kr\u00f6net och f\u00f6lja dem tills vi kommer till stigen mot Stortj\u00e4rn fast fr\u00e5n fr\u00e5n andra h\u00e5llet. N\u00e4r vi kommer till Stortj\u00e4rn simmar vi \u00f6ver igen, p\u00e5 ett annat st\u00e4lle. D\u00e4r \u00e4r vi tillbaka p\u00e5 v\u00e5r gamla v\u00e4lk\u00e4nda runda, som vi f\u00f6ljer tillbaka. N\u00e4r vi kommer tillbaka till v\u00e5r stuga har vi varit ute och simmmat och sprungit i 2,5 timmar. Tr\u00f6tta, n\u00f6jda och med k\u00e4nslan att vi faktiskt upplevt ett litet vardags\u00e4ventyr.<\/p>\n<p>?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"post-image-container\"><img decoding=\"async\"
