{"id":3271,"date":"2020-05-04T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-05-04T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.motionzonen.se\/2020\/05\/04\/runstreak-1-ar\/"},"modified":"2024-02-29T09:53:25","modified_gmt":"2024-02-29T08:53:25","slug":"runstreak-1-ar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/motionzonen.se\/en\/om-livet-och-lopning\/runstreak-1-ar\/","title":{"rendered":"Fj\u00e4rde runstreakf\u00f6rs\u00f6ket"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"post-text-container\">\n<p>S\u00f6derhamn 4 maj 2020<\/p>\n<p>Ig\u00e5r firade jag 1 \u00e5r p\u00e5 mitt fj\u00e4rde runstreakf\u00f6rs\u00f6k, d\u00e5 hade jag sprungit 366 dagar i str\u00e4ck (skott\u00e5r).<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen jag kom i kontakt med runstreak var f\u00f6r ca 12 \u00e5r sedan d\u00e5 jag l\u00e4ste Running through my mind: Confessions of a every day runner, av Scott Ludwig. Han b\u00f6rjade springa varje dag som 23 \u00e5ring den 30 november 1978. N\u00e4r han skrev boken hade han en runstreak p\u00e5 ca 28 \u00e5r. I USA finns en officiell runstreak lista d\u00e4r alla amerikanska runstreaks finns listade. John Sutherland ligger p\u00e5 f\u00f6rsta plats har sprungit sedan 26\/5 1969, snart 51 \u00e5r. Scott Ludwig ligger idag p\u00e5 20:e plats och har nu sprungit i drygt 41 \u00e5r. Det finns \u00e4ven en internationell sida och d\u00e4r p\u00e5 den svenska listan finns 77 l\u00f6pare registrerade. D\u00e4r ligger Ellen Westfeldt f\u00f6rst med 2435 dagar dvs. \u00f6ver 6,5 \u00e5r. F\u00f6r att kunna vara med p\u00e5 listan beh\u00f6ver du sprungit minst ett \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r jag l\u00e4ste Scotts bok hade jag h\u00e5llit p\u00e5 med l\u00f6pning i kontinuerligt mer \u00e4n 10 \u00e5r. Trots att jag var en van l\u00f6pare och hunnit springa mer \u00e4n 15 maraton, tyckte jag det var extremt med runstreak och hade sv\u00e5rt att relatera till att det kunde vara n\u00e5got f\u00f6r mig. Scott Ludwig var ultral\u00f6pare och hade bland annat genomf\u00f6rt flera Badwater, som r\u00e4knas som ett av de h\u00e5rdaste loppen i v\u00e4rlden. Det g\u00e5r 23 mil genom extrem hetta i salt\u00f6knen i Utah, fr\u00e5n ca 100 m under havsniv\u00e5, och sedan upp p\u00e5 Mount Whitney till ca 2500 m \u00f6ver havet.<\/p>\n<p>Jag l\u00e4ste d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 om olika personer som runstreakade i amerikansk litteratur och reflekterade inte \u00f6ver det. Inte f\u00f6rr\u00e4n jag uppt\u00e4ckte Pace on Earth och l\u00e4ste om Ellen Westfeldts f\u00f6rh\u00e5llningss\u00e4tt till runstreak. S\u00e5 som jag f\u00f6rstod henne blev runstreak framf\u00f6rallt ett s\u00e4tt f\u00f6r henne att s\u00e4nka kraven och g\u00f6ra l\u00f6pningen enkel och avslappnad.<\/p>\n<p>Grundid\u00e9n med runstreak \u00e4r att du ska springa minst en mile, dvs. 1,61 km per dygn, utan att g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got uppeh\u00e5ll. Missar du en dag, f\u00e5r du helt enkelt b\u00f6rja om. Ellen best\u00e4mde sig f\u00f6r en egen definition, d\u00e4r hon ist\u00e4llet skulle springa minst 20 minuter, dvs hon plockade bort att det skulle vara en viss str\u00e4cka, men gjorde tiden tillr\u00e4ckligt l\u00e5ng f\u00f6r att kunna jogga i lugnt tempo och \u00e4nd\u00e5 l\u00e4tt hinna 1,6 km. Egentligen kan du g\u00f6ra precis som du vill, men vill du vara med p\u00e5 en officiell runstreaklista ska du springa eller lufsa minst 1,6 km varje dag.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r jag h\u00f6rde och l\u00e4ste om Ellens f\u00f6rh\u00e5llningss\u00e4tt, ins\u00e5g jag att hon hade ett smart s\u00e4tt att se p\u00e5 runstreak. Det blev ett bra s\u00e4tt att alltid kunna h\u00e5lla l\u00f6pningen vid liv utan att ha h\u00f6ga krav p\u00e5 varken fart eller str\u00e4cka. Det \u00e4r precis vad jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jobba med n\u00e4r jag st\u00f6ttar m\u00e4nniskor med beteendef\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar, genom att l\u00e4gga tr\u00f6skeln l\u00e5gt, \u00e4r det l\u00e4ttare att komma ig\u00e5ng och f\u00e5 med dig en upplevelse av att lyckas. Ellen ber\u00e4ttade ocks\u00e5 hur hon upplevde att hennes kropp blev t\u00e5ligare och att det var ganska enkelt att trappa upp l\u00f6pningen till l\u00e4ngre str\u00e4ckor och f\u00f6rbereda sig p\u00e5 tuffare utmaningar. Det hon sa inspirerade mig mycket och jag kom d\u00e5 \u00e4ven att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 att jag l\u00e4st en fantastisk bok av Bernd Heinrich, Why we run. I boken ber\u00e4ttar han hur han under en period sprang varje dag och alltid r\u00f6rde sig springande inf\u00f6r sitt v\u00e4rldsrekordf\u00f6rs\u00f6k p\u00e5 100 km.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00f6sten 2017 best\u00e4mde mig f\u00f6r att p\u00e5 riktigt g\u00f6ra ett f\u00f6rs\u00f6k att springa ett 100 miles-lopp som heter TEC 100, dvs drygt 16 mil. P\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt sammanf\u00f6ll mina insikter fr\u00e5n Ellens runstreak med min plan f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rbereda mig f\u00f6r TEC100. Det k\u00e4ndes sp\u00e4nnande och inspirerande att testa n\u00e5got nytt och se hur kroppen skulle reagera p\u00e5 det. Jag t\u00e4nkte ocks\u00e5 att det skulle bli enklare f\u00f6r mig att \u00f6ka antalet kilometer per vecka till en niv\u00e5 som gjorde att jag k\u00e4nde mig f\u00f6rberedd p\u00e5 att springa 100 miles.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rberedelserna till 100 miles gick riktigt bra och jag k\u00e4nde verkligen att springa varje dag tillf\u00f6rde n\u00e5got till min tr\u00e4ning. Det jag haft sv\u00e5rt med har framf\u00f6rallt varit att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla l\u00f6pningen efter l\u00e5nga ultralopp. Efter TEC 100 2018 sv\u00e4llde mina f\u00f6tter upp och blev oigenk\u00e4nnliga. Jag fortsatte springa en vecka efter TEC, men blev sedan orolig och t\u00e4nkte att det inte var v\u00e4rt att forts\u00e4tta n\u00e4r jag snarare blev s\u00e4mre \u00e4n b\u00e4ttre. N\u00e4r jag vilat n\u00e5gra dagar v\u00e4nde det. Efter Ultravasan 2018 hade jag s\u00e5 ont i en h\u00e4lsena att jag knappt kunde springa. F\u00f6r att avlasta lite stack jag ut och cyklade i st\u00e4llet och lyckades k\u00f6ra omkull och smasha h\u00f6ften i asfalten. D\u00e5 fick jag s\u00e5 ont att jag hade sv\u00e5rt att g\u00e5, gav upp och vilade i ca en vecka. Efter TEC 200 2019 tog huvudet slut, d\u00e5 beh\u00f6vde jag vila n\u00e5gra dagar f\u00f6r att \u00f6ver huvud taget kunna t\u00e4nka mig att springa igen.<\/p>\n<p>Nu \u00e4r jag inne p\u00e5 mitt fj\u00e4rde f\u00f6rs\u00f6k och har h\u00e5llit ig\u00e5ng runstreaken utan uppeh\u00e5ll sedan 4 maj 2019. De sista m\u00e5naderna har varit besv\u00e4rliga pga rej\u00e4la ryggproblem och den sista veckan har jag f\u00e5tt bekymmer med ett kn\u00e4. F\u00f6rutom n\u00e5gra dagar h\u00e4r och d\u00e4r efter lopp har jag sprungit dagligen sedan slutet av oktober 2017. P\u00e5 v\u00e4gen har jag l\u00e4rt mig att oavsett hur lite tid jag har eller hur ont jag har n\u00e5gonstans g\u00e5r det, \u00e5tminstone n\u00e4stan, alltid att kl\u00e4mma in en l\u00f6ptur p\u00e5 1,6 km. Skulle jag av n\u00e5gon anledning faktiskt v\u00e4lja bort att springa n\u00e5gon dag, g\u00e5r det faktiskt att b\u00f6rja om igen. F\u00f6r mig har det blivit det enklaste s\u00e4ttet att f\u00e5 till r\u00f6relse varje dag.
