M\u00e5l beh\u00f6ver vara lockande och i linje med dina v\u00e4rderingar f\u00f6r att processen mot m\u00e5let ska k\u00e4nnas v\u00e4rdefull. F\u00f6r min egen del t\u00e4nker jag oftast att m\u00e5len hj\u00e4lper mig att leva det liv jag vill leva. Mina vanligaste m\u00e5l handlar om olika lopp, som f\u00e5r mig att l\u00e4gga mer tid p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ning. Att jag planerar mycket av mitt liv efter tr\u00e4ningen och prioriterar tr\u00e4ning, fr\u00e4mst i naturen, g\u00f6r att mitt liv blir lite b\u00e4ttre.<\/p>\n<p>Min v\u00e4rdering \u00e4r att tr\u00e4na mycket och vara ofta i naturen, mest f\u00f6r det ger mig mycket s\u00e5 gl\u00e4dje och upplevelser i vardagen. Om jag lyckas med mitt m\u00e5l \u00e4r egentligen inte lika viktigt. Under tv\u00e5 \u00e5r, 2016-2017 hade min fru och jag m\u00e5let att g\u00f6ra 50 enkla vardags\u00e4ventyr varje \u00e5r. Det var ett m\u00e5l som gjorde oss mycket mer aktiva i att b\u00e5de planera inf\u00f6r, och att sedan ta oss ut i naturen p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra \u00e4ventyr. V\u00e5rt l\u00e5ngsiktiga m\u00e5l gjorde v\u00e5r vardag mer meningsfull med mer gemenskap och m\u00e5nga nya minnesv\u00e4rda naturupplevelser. Jag t\u00e4nker att v\u00e5rt gemensamma m\u00e5l fick oss att leva b\u00e5de n\u00e4rmare varandra och n\u00e4rmare v\u00e5ra v\u00e4rderingar. Jag har \u00e4ven ett m\u00e5l, eller kanske snarare fortfarande en \u00f6nskan, att skriva en bok, meningen med det \u00e4r bl. a. att jag vill ha skrivande som en st\u00f6rre del av mitt liv och f\u00e5 m\u00f6jlighet dela med mig av mina tankar och erfarenheter. Skrivandet f\u00e5r mig att utvecklas och l\u00e4ra mig saker, b\u00e5de om mig sj\u00e4lv och om v\u00e4rlden. Genom att jag b\u00f6rjade skriva bloggen, t\u00e4nker jag att jag utvecklar mitt skrivande och uppt\u00e4cker b\u00e5de vad jag kan \u00e4gna mitt skrivande \u00e5t och vad som \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r mig. Men jag beh\u00f6ver nog jobba mer p\u00e5 den konkreta planen om det ska bli n\u00e5gon bok.<\/p>\n<p>Nu har jag best\u00e4mt mig f\u00f6r ett nytt m\u00e5l under 2019. Jag har anm\u00e4lt mig till Mozart 100 den 15 juni. Det \u00e4r ett 112 km l\u00e5ngt bergslopp. Loppet inneh\u00e5ller 5100 h\u00f6jdmeter och har start och m\u00e5l i staden Salzburg, en stad som \u00e4r mest k\u00e4nd f\u00f6r att det var d\u00e4r Mozart f\u00f6ddes och v\u00e4xte upp. Jag har \u00e4ven funderat en hel del p\u00e5 100 miles of Istria i Kroatien med 168 km och 6500 h\u00f6jdmeter, men tvekat om jag skulle klara loppet med alla h\u00f6jdmeter. Fr\u00e4mst eftersom loppet g\u00e5r redan i mitten av april och jag tror det skulle vara sv\u00e5rt f\u00f6r mig att hinna tr\u00e4na tillr\u00e4ckligt mycket backtr\u00e4ning fram till dess. B\u00e5da loppen ger en plats i Western States lotteriet som jag verkligen vill forts\u00e4tta vara med i. Att delta i Western States 100 \u00e4r en av mina dr\u00f6mmar, och min plan \u00e4r att kvalificera mig till lotteriet varje \u00e5r, via andra sp\u00e4nnande lopp, f\u00f6rhoppningsvis tills jag vinner en plats och f\u00e5r chans att uppfylla dr\u00f6mmen.<\/p>\n<p>Jag vill verkligen v\u00e4ldigt g\u00e4rna forts\u00e4tta springa h\u00e4ftiga lopp och helst kombinera tuffa mentala och fysiska utmaningar med m\u00f6jligheten till fina naturupplevelser. Min st\u00f6rsta utmaning just nu \u00e4r att f\u00e5 till fungerande tr\u00e4ning d\u00e4r min kropp, och framf\u00f6rallt min v\u00e4nstra h\u00e4lsena klarar de p\u00e5frestningar som m\u00e5nga timmar l\u00f6pning i veckan inneb\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r jag lyssnade p\u00e5 Pace on Earth\u00b4s podintervju d\u00e4r Johnny H\u00e4llneby pratade med Mustafa (Musse) Mohammed t\u00e4ndes ett litet hopp. Johnny bad Musse beskriva hur han skulle g\u00f6ra om han skulle tr\u00e4na till ett ultralopp. Musse menade d\u00e5 att han skulle kombinera l\u00f6pning med cykling f\u00f6re eller efter l\u00f6ppasset f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 till tillr\u00e4ckligt l\u00e5nga tr\u00e4ningspass utan att belasta kroppen f\u00f6r mycket. Jag t\u00e4nkte d\u00e5 att kombinerade pass kan vara ett s\u00e4tt f\u00f6r mig att klara en del av min l\u00e5ngpasstr\u00e4ning.<\/p>\n<p>Jag t\u00e4nker att ultral\u00f6pning verkligen \u00e4r en utmaning i att f\u00e5 kroppen att h\u00e5lla, att tr\u00e4na och leva tillr\u00e4ckligt smart f\u00f6r att kropp och psyke ska kunna absorbera den tr\u00e4ning som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att kunna genomf\u00f6ra de lopp jag dr\u00f6mmer om. Ju \u00e4ldre jag blir desto mer kr\u00e4vs det av mig att vara smart f\u00f6r att kunna forts\u00e4tta. Jag var i mitt livs form h\u00f6sten 2016 d\u00e5 jag tr\u00e4nat f\u00f6r Ironman Barcelona. D\u00e5 k\u00e4nde jag mig inte speciellt sliten och hade \u00e4nd\u00e5 tr\u00e4nat mer \u00e4n jag gjort n\u00e5gonsin tidigare i livet. Under det \u00e5ret hade jag dels planerat mitt arbete v\u00e4ldigt bra f\u00f6r att kunna tr\u00e4na mycket, dels hade jag mer variation i min tr\u00e4ning \u00e4n vad jag normalt brukar ha.<\/p>\n<p>Inf\u00f6r v\u00e5ren och sommaren t\u00e4nker jag som vanligt f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka \u00f6ka max 10% p\u00e5 l\u00f6pvolymen per vecka. Det jag fr\u00e4mst t\u00e4nker mig att \u00e4ndra fr\u00e5n mitt tr\u00e4ningsschema som jag lade upp inf\u00f6r TEC100 f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret \u00e4r att ha en \u00e5terh\u00e4mtningsvecka var 3:e vecka ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r var 4:e vecka och komplettera mer med cykling eller skid\u00e5kning. Jag har inte lika bra grund att st\u00e5 p\u00e5 i \u00e5r som jag hade f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret. D\u00e5 hade jag i b\u00f6rjan av \u00e5ret haft en period av stabil tr\u00e4ning utan skador och med l\u00f6pning varje dag fr\u00e5n slutet av oktober och hade kontinuerligt sprungit mellan 50-65 km\/v. Nu har jag sprungit varje dag i drygt 3 veckor och h\u00e5llit mig mellan 50-60 km\/v, men jag har tyv\u00e4rr fortfarande en del sm\u00e4rtor i h\u00e4lsenan som jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker hantera p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r t\u00e4nker jag prelimin\u00e4rt mig min tr\u00e4ning fram till Mozart 100<\/p>\n<p>Progression av tr\u00e4ningen ca 10% per vecka upp tills jag springer 12 mil p\u00e5 en vecka. Varierade l\u00f6ppass efter vad jag k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r och hur livet ser ut.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e5 ner till ca 5-6 mil var 3:e vecka.<\/p>\n<p>Anpassning av volym och intensitet fortl\u00f6pande efter hur kroppen k\u00e4nns.<\/p>\n<p>Vecka 3: Dvs denna vecka, ca 65 km blandad l\u00f6pning kompletterat med skid\u00e5kning.<\/p>\n<p>Vecka 17: TEC 50 eller TEC Backyard<\/p>\n<p>Vecka 24: Mozart 100<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDen m\u00e4tta dagen, den \u00e4r aldrig st\u00f6rst. Den b\u00e4sta dagen, \u00e4r en dag av t\u00f6rst. Nog finns det m\u00e5l och mening i v\u00e5r f\u00e4rd. Men det \u00e4r v\u00e4gen, som \u00e4r m\u00f6dan v\u00e4rd\u201d.
