Det \u00e4r fenomenet att vi satsat mycket p\u00e5 n\u00e5got, och inte vill erk\u00e4nna att det att vi lagt f\u00f6r mycket energi, tid eller pengar p\u00e5 n\u00e5got som inte ger \u00f6nskat resultat och forts\u00e4tter klamra oss fast vid att det ska lyckas. I mitt fall handlar det om dr\u00f6mmen att kunna springa l\u00e5ngt igen, en dr\u00f6m som jag \u00e4r beredd satsa mycket energi, tid och pengar p\u00e5. Jag vet inte om det \u00e4r ett tankefel, eller om det ett hj\u00e4lpande tankem\u00f6nster som f\u00e5r mig att k\u00e4nna hopp och mening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Optimism kan ocks\u00e5 handla om att ge sig in i saker som \u00e4r f\u00f6r stora eller sv\u00e5ra och n\u00e4r en kommit en bit p\u00e5 v\u00e4g \u00e4r det bara att forts\u00e4tta f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka ro det i land. Att vara optimist inneb\u00e4r att uts\u00e4tta sig i h\u00f6gre grad f\u00f6r risken att misslyckas, men jag t\u00e4nker att misslyckas \u00e4r en del av livet och l\u00e4randet. Dem tankarna har jag haft m\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger . S\u00e4rskilt n\u00e4r flera ortopeder ansett att jag inte ska springa mer. Har i princip haft huvudfokus p\u00e5 rehabtr\u00e4ning fr\u00e5n slutet av oktober 2021 till oktober 2025. Bara tagit kortare l\u00f6puppeh\u00e5ll och sedan mycket l\u00e5ngsamt trappat upp fr\u00e5n n\u00e5gra km per vecka till att nu, efter m\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5nga bakslag, kunna springa drygt 3 mil per vecka.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag b\u00f6rjade med att ge min rehabtr\u00e4ning 500 dagar, d\u00e4r jag lovade mig sj\u00e4lv att inte f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka springa n\u00e5got lopp. N\u00e4r det g\u00e5tt 500 dagar utan att k\u00e4nna att ryggen fungerade s\u00e5 mycket b\u00e4ttre funderade jag om jag ville f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka f\u00e5 en ryggoperation, men best\u00e4mde mig f\u00f6r att ge rehabtr\u00e4ningen 500 dagar till, och sen fortsatte jag bara. I somras gjorde jag en ny magnetr\u00f6ntgen som visade att diskbr\u00e5cken l\u00e4kt ganska bra. Nu har jag rehabtr\u00e4nat ungef\u00e4r 1470 dagar. Jag t\u00e4nker att det kr\u00e4vs en hel del optimism och hopp f\u00f6r att forts\u00e4tta s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge. Som jag ser det \u00e4r det optimismens framsida, att kunna se m\u00f6jligheterna och forts\u00e4tta k\u00e4nna hopp och mening fast resultaten uteblir. Idag har rehabtr\u00e4ningen blivit till en del av min livsstil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu s\u00e4ger min optimistiska sida att jag ska kunna springa l\u00e5ngt igen n\u00e4sta sommar. Under de tre sista \u00e5ren, sen h\u00f6sten 2022 har jag jobbat med Anders, en kunnig, holistisk inriktad PT som jag k\u00e4nner stort f\u00f6rtroende f\u00f6r. Svarade jag efter att funderat n\u00e5gra sekunder.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Vad inneb\u00e4r det?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Ett lopp p\u00e5 8-10 mil i alperna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu har jag anm\u00e4lt mig till Swiss Alps 100. Ett lopp p\u00e5 100 km och 6250 h\u00f6jdmeter. Det kan verka dumt att springa riktigt l\u00e5ngt p\u00e5 ett kn\u00e4 som saknar full funktion. Ett kn\u00e4 som enligt uppgift har grad 4 artros, ett d\u00e5ligt korsband och saknar lateral menisk. Jag vet ju vad ortopeden (som tyckte jag skulle s\u00e4tta in en ny kn\u00e4led) skulle s\u00e4ga.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em>&#8221;Om du skulle g\u00f6ra det du verkligen vill, vad skulle det vara?<\/em><\/strong>&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tror det kr\u00e4vs en obotlig optimist f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka sig p\u00e5 ett s\u00e5nt h\u00e4r lopp under de h\u00e4r f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningarna. Det \u00e4r ju fortfarande m\u00f6jligt att jag&nbsp;&nbsp;kan klara det, trots de uppenbara bristerna, och att kn\u00e4t inte ens beh\u00f6ver bli s\u00e4mre, jag har varit med om liknande upplevelser <a href=\"https:\/\/motionzonen.se\/en\/om-livet-och-lopning\/swiss-alpine-78k\/\">tidigare<\/a> under Swiss Alpine 2014. Vad vi generellt tror att kroppen klarar och vad den i verkligheten klarar \u00e4r ofta tv\u00e5 helt olika saker. Ibland kanske det kr\u00e4vs att vara lite korkad, lite impulsiv, ha en g\u00e5r-det-s\u00e5-g\u00e5r-det-attityd. Utan att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka f\u00e5r jag inte veta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00e4nner mig nu redo att b\u00f6rja prova trappa upp l\u00f6pningen f\u00f6r Swiss Alps 100 i augusti 2026. T\u00e4nker ge det en \u00e4rlig chans. Hoppas, hoppas att det ska fungera.
